    As a designer with 19 years of experience I understand what a key role the designer has in clearly communicating with customers. Considering user needs, behaviors and feedback are key to creating a UX that will be easy and functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.

  • Collaboration

    Projects should never be created in a silo. Working with other team members is key for not only delivering the best communication to the customer, but up-front discussions save so much time in the process, and reduces turn-around times.

  • Branding

    Branding consistency is a responsibility of the designer and should be considered in all customer interactions. With a keen eye for detail I am able to keep that consistency. Documention is key to providing everyone the same information of which I have been a contributor to as well as solely responsible for process documentation and training.
