In 2023, a Quill rebrand launched. This company wide initiative was more than just a creative facelift and took about a year to bring to fruition.

Testing is such an important part of evolving a brand.
Even after so much consideration and development we continued to evolve after launch as we discovered through testing what worked best with customers. One change seen here is the color of the CTA changed. In the Wednesday email we were testing the size of the 10¢ event icon.
